Anibar reveals the dates and opens the call for entries for its eighth edition of the festival

Anibar International Animation Festival opens the call for entries for the eighth edition. The dates of the upcoming edition are 14th-20th of August 2017.

This year the film program has been through some slight changes with regard to competitions. Starting this edition for the first time, Anibar opens the call for animated feature films which will be competing for awards in competition categories. This will offer the audience the opportunity to watch the latest productions in the world of feature animations.

The full list of the categories:

  • International Competition,
  • Student Competition,
  • Balkan Competition,
  • Feature Film Competition,
  • Music Video Competition,
  • Kids and Teen Programs.

In total Anibar juries will be awarding six prizes in different categories (Best International, Best Balkan, Best Student, Best Featured film, Best Music Video, and audience award), awarding in total 3000 euro and the prestigious Anibar crown.

The deadline for submitting your film to Anibar is 30th of April 2017.
