Isabel was bitten by the animation bug during her foundation diploma at Leeds College of Art. Although she is currently studying an academic degree (BA Chinese at the University of Oxford), she doesn't plan on quitting the habit any time soon. She is particularly interested in Chinese animation and how it relates to the wider world; "it's great to be able to watch animations and call it 'research' for an essay!" Her favourite animated works are collaborative pieces which combine animation with other art forms, such as music, dance, traditional art or folktales.
