BAFTA 2013 Nominations Announced

// News

The British Academy Film Awards nominations have been announced.

Feature film nods go to BRAVE, directed by Mark Andrews and Brenda Chapman, FRANKENWEENIE by Tim Burton and PARANORMAN directed by Sam Fell and Chris Butler. Out of the nominees only Sam Fell (ParaNorman) has received a nomination before and that was for Flushed Away which lost out to Happy Feet in 2006, the first year BAFTA awarded Animated Features. Since the first time this award was handed out in 2006 the winner has mirrored the winner of the Oscar so it is worth keeping an eye on this category.
