British Animation Awards Now Accepting Entries for 2018

It is that time of year again! The British Animation Awards are now accepting entries for  2018.

There are two categories for 2018, Best Expanded Animation (VR/AR/360°), and Best Original Short Film Content. Plus after popular demand, Writers Award and Craft are back. Other categories are:

  • Best Short Film*
  • Best Animation in a Commercial
  • Best Film/TV Graphics/Motion Design
  • Best Long Form Animation
  • Best Voice Performance
  • Best Use of Sound
  • Best Music Video
  • Best Children’s Pre School Series
  • Best Children’s Series
  • Best Commissioned Animation
  • Writers Award
  • Best Original Short Form Content
  • Best Expanded Animation (VR, AR, 360°)
  • Craft Award
  • Best Student Film* (separate form – download from the website here)

*ENTRY IS FREE for Short Film & Student Film, entry fees apply for all other categories.

The deadline is October 30th (for the early bird discount) or November 30th (where full fees apply) – so don’t hang around, get those entries in!
