Scrat returns in ‘Ice Age: Collision Course’ short ‘Cosmic Scrat-Tastrophe’
In the lead-up to 2016’s Ice Age: Collision Course, Blue Sky and 20th Century Fox have released a new short film starring the hit movie franchise’s hapless and ever-imperiled Scrat. Watch Cosmic Scrat-Tastrophe below:
The new five-minute film leads in to the premise of the upcoming fifth Ice Age movie, with Scrat’s continued obsession with the unattainable acorn setting off a series of cosmic events whose consequences will threaten to change the world and lives of Sid (John Leguizamo), Manny (Ray Romano), Diego (Denis Leary), once again prompting them to travel to new, unexplored terrains.
