New Frozen Short Film “Frozen Fever” Coming Spring 2015
Disney has announced it is to bring Frozen back for a special one-off short adventure called Frozen Fever.
“In Frozen Fever, it’s Anna’s birthday and Elsa and Kristoff are determined to give her the best celebration ever, but Elsa’s icy powers may put more than just the party at risk,” said Disney in a statement.
Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and Olaf will return, but it’s not yet confirmed whether or not Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Jonathan Groff and Josh Gad will reprise their roles.
Frozen’s directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck are returning to helm the short. The film’s songwriters will also be back for the short’s new song.
Frozen generated more than $1 billion for Disney at box offices worldwide, which led to plans for a Broadway musical, plus a Disney On Ice show.
The new Frozen short film is titled “Frozen Fever” and premieres in spring of 2015.
