New Trailer Released For LAIKA’s “The Boxtrolls”
A new trailer has been released for the much anticipated LAIKA film for 2014, The Box Trolls. Since their first film Coraline, LAIKA has been setting the way for ingenious problem solving and technical advances within stop-motion. In this teaser trailer LAIKA emphasises the hand made look that has become the company trade mark.
LAIKA is known for their fascinating and honest behind-the-scenes videos, which reveal the secrets and the passions that go in to the making of these beautifully crafted works of art. Every cobble, every freckle and every enchanting facet of the worlds that the crew create are magical and jaw dropping. Every time they open up their doors, when we think they can’t possible have anything more to give, LAIKA surprise us by finding new ways to add more detail and more technical prowess to their films’ already spectacular visuals.
Perhaps to go against the accusation of using CGI animation in their films from the less knowledgeable viewers, the trailer looks into the making process. Set to the music of “They’ve Got The Whole World In Their Hand” this marvelous sneak preview will have many an animation fan salivating and on tenterhooks, awaiting the films release on September 26th, 2014.
