A little background information...

The film was made for my Animation MA at UWE from 2007-2008. It was originally put together as an 18-minute pilot to pitch to networks. Subsequent to its completion it was re-edited and tightened up to make it a standalone 15-minute short, which fared far better.

How was the film made?

This film was my introduction to character animation following a motion graphics BA and was largely made using traditional 2D pencil-on-paper animation, then inked, scanned in and digitally coloured in Photoshop. It was composited and edited in After Effects, with certain sequences using CGI rotoscoping with Cinema 4D.
