What is the film about?

“More than Just a Hobby” is a short film exploring the relationship between a cowboy and his trusty steed.

What influenced it?

Grant Orchard and his minimal mastery of character acting. Bird House animation for their timing and wonderful slapstick comedy.

A little background information...

We launched the iOS game Ready Steady Bang in 2011 and have been trying to get this short film out ever since.

How was the film made?

This 1 minute film has been in production for over 1 year now, with Ed Barrett chipping away at each beautifully had crafted frame during any free studio time. Everything you see is posed and key-framed in aftereffects with no shortcuts.
