About Event

What happens when children become the storytellers? After the loss of their beloved grandmother, siblings Suzanne, Derek and little Tom spend the weekend with their grandpa. Following in Grandma’s footsteps, Suzanne puts on her storytelling hat and invites the family to dream up tales filled with curious creatures, adventure, humour and wonder. As joy and laughter return to the house, the children and their grandpa forge a deeper connection, finding solace and strength in their shared memories. Based on stories by beloved Czech author Arnošt Goldflam and beautifully crafted in stop-motion animation, Tales from the Magic Garden is an uplifting celebration of imagination, family and the healing power of stories – perfect for families with children aged 6+.

The film will be screened in Czech language with English subtitles.
