Bandai Namco Filmworks have released a new trailer for Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway: The Sorcery of Nymph Circe, offering a first look at the next instalment in the acclaimed film trilogy. The film is scheduled to arrive in U.S. theatres on Friday, May 15, following its release in Japan earlier this year, where it surpassed its predecessor, Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway, with approximately 2.6 billion yen ($16,721.5 million USD) in box office revenue, compared to the first film’s 2.23 billion yen ($14,437,079 USD).

Directed by Shukou Murase and produced by Bandai Namco Filmworks’ Sunrise Animation Studios, the film features a compelling voice performance by Kensho Ono as Hathaway Noa. The newly released trailer highlights large-scale mobile suit combat, high stakes, and refined animation, continuing Hathaway’s story as he leads the resistance movement MAFTY against the Earth Federation. As the events surrounding the Adelaide Conference approach, Hathaway is forced to confront both his responsibilities and the impact of his past.
