What is the film about?

Story is set in the eighties in former Yugoslavia, where Moussaka is driving to their next gig on the old Adria highway, in the early dawn. As the sun rises, the band hits the seashore filled with gigantic waves ideal for surfing. A question occurs whether to stay on the course or submit to the pleasure of surfing.

What influenced it?

Main influence for illustrator Uros Begovic are mostly Pixar animations, as well as other american animation studios, mainstream and independent.

A little background information...

Davor Sopic and producer/animator Petar Zivic, are both members of band Moussaka, so wanted to create something unique and special for the band.

How was the film made?

All characters and backgrounds are done in Adobe Photoshop, while animation and compositing are done in After Effects, and final touches are made in Premiere.
