The London International Animation Festival (LIAF 2022) – the UK’s largest, most eclectic and longest-running animation festival is now accepting films for our 19th edition.

As ever, we will be screening towards the end of 2022 in cinemas across London and online on our streaming platform. LIAF screens around 250 films each year in competitive, student, curated and retrospective programmes as well as filmmaker masterclasses and Q&A’s, workshops, industry events and panel discussions.

All films will be judged by several panels of industry experts and are eligible for the following awards:

  • Best film of the festival
  • Best British film
  • Best sound design
  • Best music score
  • Best abstract film
  • Best children’s film
  • Best late night bizarre film
  • Best music video
