The 5th CRAFT International Animation Festival in Indonesia presents its Official Selections

386 entries from 65 countries. This is the result of the call for the 5th edition of CRAFT International Animation Festival.
Ultimately, 41 films were qualified for the three competitions that make up the festival:
- 25 for the INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION OF STOP-MOTION & TRADITIONAL TECHNIQUES IN ANIMATION (NO DIGITAL 3D/2D),
- 7 for NO DIALOGUES SHORTS ANIMATED MOVIES FOR KIDS – STOP-MOTION & TRADITIONAL TECHNIQUES IN ANIMATION and
- 9 for the COMPETITION OF ALL TECHNIQUES IN ANIMATION, which is ONLY FOR THE ANIMATED MOVIES FROM SOUTH-EAST ASIAN COUNTRIES. DIGITAL PANORAMA – A NON-COMPETITIVE PROGRAM OPEN TO THE WHOLE WORLD – ONLY DIGITAL 2D/3D will fill only 9 films this year.
- A new feature will be the expanded PANORAMA ANIMASI INDONESIA, which in three programs will present what is currently happening in Indonesian animation, both among independent artists and students.
The fifth edition of the CRAFT International Animation Festival will take place from 28/10 to 01/11/2025 in colorful Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
