The nominations for the 2018 Annie Awards, “ASIFA-Hollywood’s most glamorous event”, have this week been announced. Described as “animation’s highest honour” and now entering its 45th edition, the awards focus on the best that mainstream animation has offered up in the past year, with a series of special categories that celebrate the effort of individuals within major productions.
