Soho based production company Blinkink have today announced the signing of Jack Sachs and Cartwright Gantz to their directors rota.
About Jack Sachs
Jack’s popular signature style has been grabbing the attention of anyone and everyone on the Internet. In January 2015 he was featured on It’s Nice That’s One’s To Watch 2015 and since then he has been gathering quite the cult following with 30k followers on Instagram alone. While studying illustration at Camberwell College of Arts Jack suffered an injury to his drawing hand, which prevented him from holding a pen. This led to him taking his first steps in animation and direction as his hand recovered, bringing an illustrative edge to his work. Previous clients include MTV, Nickelodeon, i-D magazine, Converse, Vice, Fox Network, BBC, Wieden + Kennedy & Lazy Oaf.
About Cartwright Gantz
Cartwright Gantz are directing duo Nina Gantz & Simon Cartwright.They cut their teeth on animation & film in the Netherlands and Leeds respectively before finally meeting at the National Film & Television School. Their graduation films Edmond & MANOMAN have featured at over 100 festivals and they’ve been winning accolade after accolade around the globe, most notably at Sundance, BAFTA, SXSW, BIFA and Cannes.
