The Like Minded Labs is an area to create away from the normal studio project constraints. Creatives are encouraged to experiment with new techniques and tools.

The Secrets of Space pt.1 is Nick Byrne’s first animation.

How was the film made?

Conceptual mind-map, loosely storyboarded then a simple palette constructed. Illustration work created in Adobe Illustrator before animating in Adobe After Effects. DIY soundtrack recorded on Garageband after editing the song structure to match the length and key events of the film.
