It’s party time at Anima! From 23 February to 3 March, join us at Flagey and Marni to discover a wide range of unique screenings and events.

Don’t miss this year’s third edition of the Queer Night, the return of Watch & Dance with a special guest, a Rick and Morty screening, the famous Animated Night, and much more!

FILMS AND GLITTER AT THE QUEER NIGHT

Sold-out every year since it was launched in 2022, the Queer Night is back for a third edition that promises to be legendary. Let yourself be enchanted by this compilation of superb LGBTQIA+ films, including the magnificent Maurice’s Bar, enhanced by live performances by artists from Cabaret Mademoiselle. Guest stars on stage: Daisy SuperbitchChéri·e Chapstick, and our imperial mistress of ceremonies, La Veuve, who you may recognize from season 2 of Drag Race Belgique on Tipik and Auvio.

THE UNMISSABLE ANIMATED NIGHT

The Animated Night has been an essential part of the programme for the last twenty years, a delight for our festivalgoers! Absurditylaughter, the bizarre – there’s something for everyone at the Night! So, dear night owl, put on some comfy clothes and prepare for this marathon of three programmes of animated curiosities … No falling asleep allowed – or possible! We’ve got a finale in store for you that will transport you to another world – literally!

ADULT SWIM: CELEBRATING RICK AND MORTY

The cult duo Rick and Morty require no introduction! For this special screening, Adult Swim invites you to discover (or rediscover) three key episodes of the series focusing on the theme of love in the world of Rick and Morty. But there’s more … You can show off your artistic skills in a brand-new drawing competition on the theme SCI-FI: LOVE & LOSS, with some super fun goodies to be won!
