Kids Kino Industry Announce Series of Free Weekly Webinars on Creating Content for Kids

In preparation for this year’s Kids Kino Industry, we’re hosting a series of a free weekly Inspirational Webinars with industry professionals. Webinars will be held every Monday (August, 24th – September, 21st) via ZOOM and are free of charge.

Inspirational Webinars are dedicated to the film industry professionals who want to know more what’s going on in terms of creating content for kids. During each webinar our excellent speakers will share with you loads of tips and creative insights on how to shape future content for the young audiences in the new quarantine times!

A preview of two up-and-coming animation productions and their studios from Czech Republic and Argentina featuring their impressive taste in animation storytelling, combining stop motion, puppets, 2D animation and special effects. Get insights from their lead producers regarding their motivation, artistic choices and a closer look behind the scenes of the whole development process. Joining the conversation with Katarzyna Gromadzka (Momakin Studio, Poland) and the creative teams will be also Silvina Cornillón from Latin American Film Market Ventana Sur with more background information of South American’s incentive structure for audio-visual works and its co-production possibilities with Europe. We will have a closer look at:

EVEN MICE BELONG IN HEAVEN (feature film from Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, France)

A film about two mortal enemies – a little mouse Whizzy and Whitebelly the fox, who after an unfortunate accident, meet in animal heaven. In this new world they relinquish their old animal instincts and become friends. When they subsequently follow a path into a new life they must overcome what would normally be hailed impossible. TWO LITTLE BIRDS (TV series from Argentina, Uruguay, France)

A black and a white bird are living peacefully together in the same tree. A new development appears to lead to the two birds ludicrous and hilarious competition with each other culminating to bring the tree under risk.
