Rowdy, based at Clapham Road Studios in London, have been making a lot of noise since they started up. They’ve worked with the likes of Channel 4, 20th Century Fox, Greenpeace and Microsoft and have picked up a healthy awards haul over the years winning D&AD, Clios and Cannes Lions.

Specialists in character led stop frame animation, their work ranges from screen popping visuals to psychedelic stop motion. A group of friends, artists, technicians, problem solvers and storytellers who collaborate on award winning content for projects large and small.

Joseph Wallace combines sculptural, tactile stop motion visuals with bold ideas and emotional storytelling. His work has been praised for its cinematic quality and unique aesthetic.

His recent work includes creating animated sequences for Edgar Wright’s The Sparks Brothers. Described by Mark Kermode as ‘dark wonders’, Wallace’s segments were nominated for Best Animation at the Cinema Eye Honours in New York in 2022. Salvation Has No Name, his new film, is funded by the BFI, France Television and Czech Film Commission, is Exec Produced by Game of Thrones’ Maisie Williams and stars Itziar Ituño from Netflix’s Money Heist.
