Skwigly

We know that the world is much kinder, open and creative place than the news would make us believe these days so here at Skwigly we’ve decided to promote that by bringing back some interactive classics and introducing a brand new podcast to unite our amazing animation community during this time!

So here are a few little changes that anyone is free to get involved in that might spread a bit of joy for everyone.

Skwigly Chat #chattytuesdays

More than just a retro chatroom throwback, Skwigly chat is one of the things that started our fledgling website way back in the day where every week the animation community would get together for #chattytuesdays and talk all things animated! You don’t have to be a professional animator we welcome anyone who loves animation.

Join us every Tuesday from 7PM GMT for #chattytuesday in the Chatroom

Skwigly Self Promotions #skwiglyselfpromotions

Our weekly twitter share-a-thon! The premise is simple, send Skwigly a tweet with your work on, from scribbles you want feedback on right the way through to films you need an audience for send them and we will retweet them to our followers! Don’t forget the hashtag

Every Wednesday on Twitter send your work in to #skwiglyselfpromotions

Skwigly Animation Film Club

A brand new unedited Skwigly podcast where the team invite you to share a film with us! We will be watching a film per week from the amazing to the ridiculous and podcasting live and unedited for the duration of the film, once the film is finished the podcast is finished! You can listen to it as an audio commentary or just as a regular podcast.

This Friday listen to the Skwigly Animation Film Club and share your thoughts on the film to #skwiglyfilmclub

The world is a different place to what it was even a few weeks ago, but if we can all get together to talk to one another, share our work and watch a film, then hopefully we bring a little cheer to one another!

Follow Skwigly on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram for more animation news, reviews and interviews.
