Young Horizons Industry and Animond join forces, plus 2 weeks left to submit your project!

The 8th Young Horizons Industry, international co-production forum for films and series for young audiences announced a new partnership with Animond, the first European private investment fund for development and production of animation.

As part of the cooperation Animond will award one animation project from the official selection of the Young Horizons Industry. The awarded project will become a part of Animond portfolio and will be given the opportunity to secure the gap financing through Animond platform.

The new partner joins ORKA, FIXAFILM, Wroclaw Feature Film Studio, No Problemo Music, m:brane, and CEE Animation Forum, which have been rewarding the best projects presented at our forum for years.

Animond is the first European private investment fund for development and production of animation, a platform aiming at bridging the gap and connecting animation producers and creators with investors. Its mission is to grow high-quality animation content from features to series and short-form intended for a diverse target audience.

Animond’s goal is to help the production and visibility of animated projects by connecting them to necessary financing and to help investors find the right projects they want to be associated with. Individual offline approach and an online crowdfunding setup provide investors with various options. The platform also serves as a networking and collaboration platform providing to the projects introductions from Animond’s network of producers.

Young Horizons Industry is a co-production forum and meeting hub for film professionals who are passionate about making films and series for young audiences. In 2024 it will take place between 30 September and 2 October as part of the Young Horizons International Film Festival in Warsaw, Poland.

The goal of the forum is simple: helping creators connect with potential partners. By bringing together projects and industry players, we are creating a space where you can exchange ideas and form partnerships. Around 20 projects will take part in pitching section and will have a chance to win the awards and find partners.
